What’s Covered

  • Frame & Structure: Lifetime coverage against defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Motor, Electrical Components, and Other Components: Covered for 5 years in the event of defects or malfunctions.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including fabric or cosmetic imperfections

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or incorrect assembly

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Use with incompatible mattresses or uneven weight distribution
